建立了一种亲水有机溶剂(乙醇、正丙醇、四氢呋喃等)气浮溶剂浮选分离/富集光度法测定四环素(TC)的新型绿色高效分析方法,阐述了工作原理,用高效液相色谱法对浮选效果进行评价.利用自制的浮选装置,选择四氢呋喃作溶剂,氯化钠作分相剂,NaOH溶液调节酸度(pH=8),将Ca(Ⅱ)与TC形成的疏水性缔合物浮选至有机相,浮选完毕后经分光光度法分析,线性回归方程为A=2.032×10^5C-0.0393,相关系数r=0.9999,线性范围:3.4×10^-7-8.3×10^-5mol.L^-1;检出限2.43×10^-7mol.L^-1;平均回收率99.8%;表观摩尔吸光系数ε=2.032×10^5L.mol^-1.cm^-1,方法具有设备简单、测定快速、灵敏度高、分离物质易于提取和不产生二次污染等优点,可用于环境水样中痕量四环素快速测定.
A novel and green method for separating and enriching trace TC in environment water by Aqueous Two- Phase Gas Floatation (ATGF) Spectrophotometry has been proposed, The method estimated by HPLC is good,which has many excellences, such as simple equipment, speedy detection, high sensitiveness ,easy separation from organic solvent and not leaving any infectant. In this paper, the hydrophobic complex composed of Ca (Ⅱ) and TC is floated into organic phase under the optimal conditions: pH = 8, the floatation equipment is home - made, The tetrahydrofuran is organic solvent and sodium chloride is separating phase reagent. The data is ob- tained by spectrophotometry after floatation. The linear regression equation is A = 2. 032 × 10^5C-0. 039 3, The linear ranges are from 3.4 × 10 ^-7 to 8.3 × 10^ -5 mol · L^-1, respectively, with the correlation coefficient (r) better than 0.999 9. The average relative recoveries are 99.8%. The limit of detection is 2.43 × 10^ -7 mol · L^-1. This method is used to analyse the trace TC in water. The result is good.
