提出了双水相(乙醇、正丙醇等作溶剂)气浮溶剂浮选分离/富集光度法测定天然水中痕量镉的新方法。利用自制的浮选装置,选择正丙醇作溶剂、氯化钠作分相剂、抗坏血酸作掩蔽剂,在pH5.4的HAc—NaAc缓冲溶液存在下,将镉与碘化钾、罗丹明B(RhB。。)形成的疏水性缔合物浮选至有机相,浮选完毕后在592nm处测定有机相吸光度。线性回归方程为A=2.027×10^5c+0.0518,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=2.027×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,镉浓度线性范围为1.10×10^-7~1.52×10^-5mol/L,方法检出限为4.93×10^-8mol/L,用于环境天然水中痕量镉的测定,回收率为100%~101%。
A novel method for separating and enriching trace Cd(Ⅱ) in natural water by double phase gas floatation has been proposed. The hydrophobie complex was floated into organic phase by using homemade floatation equipment and choosing n-propyl alcohol as organic solvent, sodium chloride as separating phase reagent and aseorbie acid as eliminating reagent in the presence of HAc-NaAe buffer solution at pH 5.4. The organic phase after flotation was determined at 592 nm. The linear regression equation was A: 2.027 × 10^5 c + 0.051 8, with apparent molar absorption coefficient e = 2. 027 × 10^5 L ·mol^-1 · cm^-1. The linear range was 1.10× 10^-7-1.52× 10^-5 mol/L. The limit of detection was 4.93 × 10^-8 mol/L. This method was applied to analyse trace Cd(Ⅱ) in nature water with recoveries between 100%- 101%.
