离子液体双水相萃取的应用研究进展

离子液体作为一种环境友好的反应介质,具有熔点低、蒸气压小、电化学窗口大、酸性可调及良好的溶解度、黏度和表面张力等特点。双水相萃取与传统的萃取及其他分离技术相比具有操作条件温和、处理量大、易于连续操作等优点。作为一种高效而温和的新型绿色分离体系,离子液体双水相体系结合离子液体和双水相萃取的优点,萃取过程中在保持生物物质的活性及构象等方面有明显的技术优势。离子液体双水相的研究取得了一些阶段性的成果,越来越受到关注。介绍了离子液体双水相体系及其优点,综述了离子液体双水相体系在生物工业分析、药物分析和金属分离等方面的应用,展望了离子液体双水相体系的应用前景。

英文摘要:

Ionic liquid as an environmentally friendly reaction medium is characterized by its low melting point,low vapor pressure,large electrochemical window,adjustable acidity,good solubility,viscosity and excellent surface tension.The aqueous two-phase extraction compared to the traditional extraction and other separation technology features mild operating conditions,and large treatment capacity capable of achieving easy and continuous operation.As a new efficient and mild green separation system,ionic liquids aqueous two-phase system combine the advantages of ionic liquids and aqueous two-phase extraction process,which has some clear technological advantages,for example,retaining the activity and conformation of biological substances during the extraction process.The investigation of ionic liquids aqueous two-phase extraction process has made some initial achievements and has been garnering increasing attention.This paper has introduced ionic liquids aqueous two-phase system and its characteristics,summarized the ionic liquids aqueous two-phase system in the biological industry analysis,drug analysis and metal separation process.This paper has also explored the prospects for the application of ionic liquids aqueous two-phase system.
