针对传统的轮廓提取方法在机械设计图像上无法获取令人满意结果的问题,提出基于区域填充和标引消除的主轮廓提取方法。根据机械图孔洞分布的特点,提出一种能自动选择种子点的种子填充算法实现图像内部孔洞填充,并结合图像形态学和轮廓跟踪算法实现图像中标引的消除,从而得到图像主轮廓。实验结果表明,该方法能够对机械设计图准确而高效地进行填充,且能够准确提取出机械设计图像的主轮廓。
Aiming at the problem that the results for main contour extraction of mechanical design images are not satisfying by applying with existing methods,a new method for main contour extraction of mechanical design images is proposed according to the characteristics of mechanical images.Considering the unique feature of the holes on images,a filling algorithm which can select a seed automatically is proposed,then by combining the filling algorithm with morphological open operation and contour tracing algorithm,the main contour is extracted after the elimination of the indexes.The experimental results show that the filling algorithm performs accurately and efficiently on mechanical design images,and the extraction method can get main contours precisely.
