降低电站锅炉煤耗和污染物排放对于节约能源和保护环境具有重要意义.针对电站面临的高煤耗、高污染现状,提出了基于BP和ANFIS的电站锅炉混合建模方法,并根据电站节能与环保相协调的要求,提出以煤耗和NOx排放为目标的多目标优化问题.基于此模型和优化目标,采用遗传算法(GA)对试验工况进行寻优.应用某电厂锅炉实际运行数据进行了仿真试验,结果表明:通过优化算法得到的最优运行参数,能同时满足降低煤耗和降低污染物排放的要求,从而实现电站节能减排的优化目标.
The reduction of pollutant emissions and coal consumption are significant for today's power plants to protect environment and save energy. Concerning for today's high pollution and high coal consumption status, hybrid modeling method for power plant boiler is proposed based on power station boiler of BP and ANFIS. According to requirements of environment coordinated with energy saving for power station, a multi-objective optimization problem is presented with coal consumption and NO2 emissions as goals. Genetic algorithm (GA) is adopted to optimize test conditions based on this model and optimization goal. Simulation experiment is conducted with actual boiler operation data acquired from one power plant. The results show optimal operation parameters obtained by optimization algorithm can meet both requirements of reducing coal consumption and pollutant emissions. The optimization targets of energy conservation and emissions reduction for power plant are realized.
