针对地铁站通风空调冷却水系统定流量运行存在的能源浪费问题,结合冷凝温度控制法的优势,研究分时段变出水温度的冷却水节能控制策略。首先,建立冷凝温度的多元线性回归方程,然后迭代计算出各时段的冷却水出水温度设定值。研究结果表明:分时段变冷却水出水温度节能控制策略能够在保持冷凝温度不变的情况下,增大冷却水的进出水温差,挖掘节能潜力。最后,在瞬时系统模拟仿真平台(TRNSYS)上对该方法进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,变冷却水出水温度节能控制方法能够将冷凝温度控制在设计值,且节能效果显著。
In view of the problem of energy waste in the constant flow operation of the subway station ventilation and air-conditioning cooling water system,a kind of cooling water energy saving control strategy of variable cooling water temperature in different time periods was studied by combining the advantage of condensing temperature control method. Firstly,a multiple linear regression equation of the condensing temperature was established,and then the iterative computation on the set values of the cooling water outlet temperature at each period was conducted. The research results indicated that the variable cooling water outlet temperature energy saving control strategy in different periods was able to increase the temperature difference of the inlet and outlet cooling water and tap the potential for energy saving while keeping the condensing temperature constant. Finally,the method was simulated and verified on the Transient System Simulation Program(TRNSYS). The verification results showed that the variable cooling water temperature cooling water energy-saving control method could control the condensing temperature at the set value with remarkable energy saving effect.
