TCE mode is a kind of teaching method that used in college courses. It takes emphasis on the teacher to guide the students to cultivate the teamwork consciousness and build the learning competition atmosphere by evaluation of comprehensive performance of a team and its members. It has positive functions on students by four aspects： strengthening mutual trust cooperation,crisis consciousness,studying spirit and promoting interactive learning. When facing the problems such as taking more important on knowledge explaining,personal orientation scores and exam-oriented education of traditional teaching ways in Chinese universities,TCE can be constructed by five parts to organize the teaching： team competition evaluation system design,theory teaching module,the team competition practice teaching module,team results show contest module,and team members and performance assessment. Its final goal is that to make students interested in related courses,learned to think problems,strengthened learning skills,grasped the key points of knowledge in group discussion,and analyzed the cases. In this situation,the students would improve the abilities on catching the key points,knowing the methods,understanding the thinking,and being cooperative.
