团队竞争教学(TCE)模式是一种以教师引导培养学生团队意识,营造学生小组团队课堂学习竞争氛围为任务,以学生小组团队综合表现成绩评分为途径,以团队成员表现为考核重点的课堂教学模式。它在增强学生互信合作、加强学生危机意识、培养学生研究精神和促进学生互动学习四个方面,有着积极的作用。在面对传统大学教学重知识讲解、重个人考核和重应试教学三个方面的问题时,TCE模式重点从团队竞争考评制度的设计、团队竞争理论教学模块、团队竞争实践教学模块、团队成果展示竞赛模块和团队及成员成绩考核五个方面来组织大学课堂教学。最终目的使学生能够对相关课程产生兴趣,在课程问题中学会思考、在团队竞争中加强学习、在小组研讨中掌握要点、在知识要点中分析案例,有重点、抓矛盾、懂方法、会思考、能合作地学习大学相关课程。
TCE mode is a kind of teaching method that used in college courses. It takes emphasis on the teacher to guide the students to cultivate the teamwork consciousness and build the learning competition atmosphere by evaluation of comprehensive performance of a team and its members. It has positive functions on students by four aspects: strengthening mutual trust cooperation,crisis consciousness,studying spirit and promoting interactive learning. When facing the problems such as taking more important on knowledge explaining,personal orientation scores and exam-oriented education of traditional teaching ways in Chinese universities,TCE can be constructed by five parts to organize the teaching: team competition evaluation system design,theory teaching module,the team competition practice teaching module,team results show contest module,and team members and performance assessment. Its final goal is that to make students interested in related courses,learned to think problems,strengthened learning skills,grasped the key points of knowledge in group discussion,and analyzed the cases. In this situation,the students would improve the abilities on catching the key points,knowing the methods,understanding the thinking,and being cooperative.
