With the rising tide of economic globalization, trade frictions are inevitable in the pattern change of worldwide labor division. Concern-ing the growing demands of global governance reform, the article analyzes the connotation and characteristics of trade frictions and proposes some basic ideas and methods for global trade governance. The result shows that only if each individual country bears a global vision carry on their re-sponsibilities in global trade governance and explore multi-leveled coordinating governance modes, could multiple trade balance be effectively promoted and the global governance be pushed to develop toward its correct direction.
