针对气流干燥过程中水分难以稳定和充入一定量氮气后导致的操作人员人身安全问题,由现场生产工艺结合长期积累的专家经验知识,设计了一个氮气和稀释风的混合气专家系统;根据实际生产过程,提出了其产生式规则的知识表示形式,设计了气流干燥系统的专家知识库,通过正向推理机制,实现了专家系统的优化控制,实际应用表明,累计日消耗氮气量降低了1.1%,并且能确保回转窑内精矿不着火,既稳定了生产,又保障了工人的人身安全,具有工程实用性。
Considering the stability of humidity and personal safety after the input of nitrogen in pneumatic drying, combine with the accumulative knowledge from experts, a mixture of nitrogen and dilute wind expert system is put forward. According to the actual production process, the knowledge expression form of production rule was brought up, an expert knowledge base of pneumatic drying was designed, and through the forward reasoning mechanism the optimized control of expert system was realized. The actual applications show that the nitrogen is decreased by 1.1%, the system can make sure the copper mine could not catch fire, it can also stabilize the production and guarantee the workers' security, indicating that the project has the engineering practicability.
