保险业的发展需要保持对人才的吸引力。基于对保险职业学院的370名在校大学生对保险销售、核保核赔、保险精算三种保险职业从业兴趣的调查数据,通过分组统计、相关分析和OLS、Probit回归估计,结果发现:在所调查的14种职业中,三种保险职业对我国在校大学生的吸引力不够强,但情况好于英美国家的大学生;在校大学生的预期薪酬和学习表现没有显著影响其对三种保险职业的从业兴趣,这与对美国大学生的调查结果一致;部分职业价值观变量和部分人格特质变量对在校大学生的保险职业从业兴趣有显著影响;大学生受到的保险教育和“对保险业创造价值”的评价对其从事保险职业的兴趣有重要的影响。由于对三种保险职业的吸引力的影响因素之间存在较大差异,因此分别提出了如何增强该三种保险职业吸引力的政策建议。
Insurance industry development relies on attracting talented personnel. The data from a survey of 370 Insurance Professional College students in terms of their professional interests in insurance sales, underwriting and insurance actuarial are processed via grouping statistics, correlation analysis, OLS and Probit regression analysis. The results show that the above -mentioned three insurance occupations are not attractive enough to Chinese undergraduate students among the 14 occupations investigated, but the situation is better than that of UK and US undergraduate students; students" expected salary and learning performance have no significant influence on their professional interests in the three insurance occupations, which is consistent with the survey findings among US undergraduate students; some occupational value variables and some personality trait variables have significant influence on students'professional interests in insurance occupations ; and that insurance education and comments on " creating value for the insurance industry" have important influence on students" professional interests in insurance occupations. Now that the factors influencing the attractiveness of the three insurance occupations are relatively different, policy recommendations are proposed respectively for enhancing the attractiveness of the three insurance occupations.
