目前我国农产品价格机制改革面临困境，价格指数保险又具有一定的局限性，农产品期货市场因其价格发现功能及对冲机制，使得农产品期货价格保险具有相对优势。本文研究了农产品期货价格保险在价格机制改革中的作用，并分析了农产品“期货＋保险”的特点。研究结果显示，农产品期货价格保险是大宗及鲜活农产品价格调控的重要市场化工具，其在价格机制改革中具有显著作用。我国应增加农产品期货品种，提高市场有效性；建立再保险体系，分散系统性价格风险：促进农产品期货价格保险的发展。

英文摘要：

As one of the important tools of the target price system,the effect of agricultural futures price insurance in priee mechanism reform is worth discussing. Considering the current difficulties of China＇ s agricultural price mechanism reform,the limitation of the function of priee diseovery and hedging in the agricultural futures market and the price index insurance, this paper demonstrated the the relative advantages of agricultural futures price insurance. Taking egg futures price insurance as an example, this paper probed into the effect of agricultural futures price insurance in the price mechanism reform. Then taking fattening cow futures insurance as an example, this paper ana- lyzed the eharaeteristies and enlightenment of American agrieuhural ＂futures ＋ insurance＂ model. The results showed that agricultural futures priee insurance was an important marketing tool for the price control of staple and fresh agricultural products, and it played a very significant role in the price mechanism reform. We should increase the varieties of agrieultural futures and improve the effectiveness of futures market ;establish the reinsuranee system to disperse the systemic priee risk;and promote the development of agricultural futures price insurance.
