推进乡村旅游发展是促进新农村建设的有效途径之一，四川成都“五朵金花”乡村旅游发展在投融资机制创新、新型集体经济组织构建、土地流转、农业产业稳定、利益分配机制建立、城乡一体化推进等方面取得了较大成功，明显促进了新农村建设战略实践。文章基于新农村建设，研究五朵金花乡村旅游发展模式和运行机制，对于深入推进农村改革和新农村建设提供了相关启示和建议。

Rural tourism development is one of the effective ways to promote new countryside construction. Chengdu ＂Five Golden Flowers＂ has got great success in investment and financing, new collective economy construction, land circulation, benefits distribution as well as urban-rural integration, promoting the practice of new countryside construction. Based on the new country construction, development pattern and operation mechanism of Five Golden Flowers rural tourism were studied in this paper, which are of great significance in guiding the current rural reform in China.
