以3-氨基丙烷-1,2-二醇和罗丹明B为原料,经反应得到可选择性识别汞离子的荧光探针RNH,并利用^1H NMR、MS对其结构进行了表征。通过荧光光谱法研究了探针RNH在水溶液中对不同金属离子的识别能力。研究发现随着Hg^2+的不断加入,探针RNH在585 nm(最大发射波长)处产生强的荧光发射,同时溶液颜色也从无色变为桃红色。该荧光探针对Hg^2+具有较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性。在5.1×10^(-8)-1.3×10^(-6)mol/L范围内,Hg^2+的浓度与荧光强度呈线性关系,最低检测限为4.3×10^(-8)mol/L。
In this paper,a novel Hg^2+ fluorescent probe RNH was synthesized by condensation reaction of rhodamine B hydrazide and 3-aminopropane-1,2-diol,and its structure was confirmed by ^1H NMR,MS spectra.The recognition properties of RNH with metal ions have been investigated in aqueous solution by the fluorescence spectrophotometry.It was discovered that the fluorescence intensity of RNH increased with the addition of Hg^2+,the maximum emission wavelength was at 585 nm,accompanied by the significant color change from colorless to pink.This fluorescence probe showed good sensitivity and selectivity.It exhibited a good dynamic response concentration range for Hg^2+ from 5.1×10^(-8) to 1.3×10^(-6)mol /L with a detection limit of 4.3×10^(-8)mol/L.
