研究了动态情况下的双极值模糊软矩阵的群决策问题.在实际生活中,时间对决策的影响至关重要,基于此提出了一种新的基于熵权的动态群决策方法.给定一个新的信息熵公式,并建立非线性规划模型,从而确定时间权重.然后利用集成算子将动态双极值模糊软矩阵集成为综合双极值模糊软矩阵,根据中位数水平软集计算出各对象的机会值,得出最优决策.最后通过实例证明此决策方法的合理性与可行性.
The group decision-making problems based on dynamic bipolar-value fuzzy soft matrices. In real life, we cannot ignore the influence of time in decision making. So a new entropy weight for dynamic group decision making is presented. A new information entropy formula have been given, at the same time, the formula of time weights is proposed by constructing non-linear programming model. Then with aggregation operators, the dynamic bipola~value fuzzy soft matrices have been aggregated into collective fuzzy soft matrices. The optimal decision can be obtained by calculating choice value of objects with the median value level soft set. Finally, a practical example has been analyzed to verify the reasonability and feasibility of the approach.
