英文摘要：
Intuitionistic fuzzy number is an effective information form of dealing with fuzzy problems its ranking method is one of the hot research issues. The new concept of ranking priority degree for intuitionistic fuzzy number sequence is put forward based on the principle of uniform distribution in this paper. We also give the formulas of calculating the ranking priority degree for intuitionistic fuzzy number under several cases and discuss its properties. Based on the ranking priority degree of intuitionistic fuzzy number sequence, group evaluation algorithm are given in this paper. An example is illustrated to show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
