本轮国企改革的重点任务是发展混合所有制经济,为研究混合所有制企业的竞争力,尤其是担负着振兴实体经济的制造业混合所有制企业的竞争力现状,该文选择符合条件的388家国有控股的制造业混合所有制上市公司作为研究对象,建立了竞争力评价指标体系,涵盖了3个二级指标、31个三级指标,并对2014年混合所有制企业的竞争力现状进行了分析。研究发现：（1）制造业混合所有制企业竞争力分布极不均衡,竞争力整体偏弱;（2）从行业大类看,铁路、船舶、航空航天和其他运输设备制造业的竞争力最强,仪器仪表制造业的竞争力最弱;（3）从企业归属层级看,省级国企的竞争力最强,高校∕科研院所类国企的竞争力最弱。

英文摘要：

The key task of the current SOE reform is to develop a mixed ownership economy.In order to study the competitiveness of mixed ownership enterprises,especially those in the manufacturing industry that are responsible for revitalizing the real economy,this paper takes 388 state-owned manufacturing mixed ownership listed companies as the research subjects,and establishes a competitiveness evaluation index system,which covers 3 secondary indicators and 31 tertiary indicators. Through the analysis of the competitiveness of the mixed ownership enterprises in 2014,the results show that the competitiveness of manufacturing mixed ownership enterprises vary,and the overall competitiveness is weak;the industries of railway,shipping,aeronautics and astronautics,transportation equipment manufacturing are the most competitive,while the instrument manufacturing industry is the least competitive;the provincial state-owned enterprises are the most competitive,while the state-owned universities/research institutes are the least competitive.
