完善国有企业负责人选聘机制是深化国有企业改革的重要方面。以1997—2016年国有上市公司负责人选聘事件为样本,考量公司业绩、所属行业特征、控股形式、公司治理等因素对负责人选聘来源的影响。结果显示,盈利型国有企业相比亏损型国有企业,更倾向于内部选拔负责人;公益类国有企业相比商业类国有企业,更倾向于外部选拔负责人;国有绝对控股企业相比国有相对控股企业,更倾向于外部选拔负责人。
Improving the selection mechanism of state-owned enterprises Executives is an important aspect of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises.By selecting listed sample companies of state-owned enterprises between 1997 and 2016, a Logit Regression Model was applied to analyzing the effects of the variables on the Executives Selection Source, such as corporate performance, corporate characteristics, ownership, corporate governance. The main conclusions of the study include., compared with the loss-making firms, profit-making firms are more inclined to be the internal selection executives; compared with the commercial state-owned enterprises, public welfare state-owned enterprises are more inclined to choose executives externally; compared with the state-owned relative shareholding enterprises, state-owned absolute shareholding enterprises are more inclined to choose executives externally.
