In order to develop mixed ownership economy, which was advocated in the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, Shanghai did the bold attempting and exploring in many aspects, such as carrying out classification governance, the state-owned capital operating platform construction, promoting employee stock ownership plan, holistie listing and so on, and has achieved a series of results. In order to further promote the development of mixed ownership economy, Shanghai also needs to make efforts in the substantive operation of the state-owned capital platform, carrying out preferred stock system and enhancing comoetitiveness of state-owned enterorises and so on.
