研究了水中典型蛋白污染物的超滤膜分离过程,考察了溶液pH、蛋白质类型以及膜的切割相对分子质量对超滤过程的影响。结果表明,当水中IEP(BSA)〈pH〈IEP(LYS),牛血清蛋白(BSA)带负电荷,溶菌酶(LYS)带正电荷,在静电引力作用下BSA-LYS二元分子达到动态平衡;不同类型蛋白质对膜污染程度不同,LYS溶液对膜污染最大,BSA—LYS二元溶液次之,BSA溶液最小;膜的切割相对分子质量越大,超滤过程对膜的污染越严重。
The influencing factors ofultrafiltration membrane separation process on typical proteins were studied. The effects of solution pH, the types of protein and membrane molecular weight cut on ultrafiltration process were investigated. The results showed that: (1) When the solution pH was within the isoelectric points (IEPs) of the two proteins IEP(BSA)〈pH〈IEP(LYS), BSA is negatively charged, LYS is positively charged, BSA - LYS binary molecules reach balance by the electrostatic attraction. (2) Different type of protein fouled UF membrane in different ways. To fouling, LYS solution is the most serious, followed by BSA-LYS binary solution, BSA solution is the lightest. (3)The membrane with greater MMCO is more susceptible to be fouled.
