运用数理统计学中的主成分聚类方法,对我国农村各个阶段信息技术应用水平进行按地域的聚类分析,比较了相应的地域分布特性,并对其进行排序、分类处理、主成分聚类结果分析;从经济发展水平和相应的国家政策层面上,分析我国农民各阶段应用现代信息技术地域的主要成因。为丰富农民的求知和沟通途径,改变他们的工作、生活、思维方式,将现代信息技术应用到农村,极大地促进了农村的社会发展。
The development and its applications of modern information technology are not only convenient for rural residents' communication and learning, but also have brought some changes to their working, living and thinking, which greatly promoted the rural societies. Using principal component analysis (PCA) and clustering analysis in Statistics, we analyzed the application degrees of information technology according to the periods and regions, and compared the corresponding distribution characteristics. Moreover, the regional distribution of information technology development of 31 different rural regions in China was classified in four different meaningful categories and ranked using SPSS. Besides, the article also analyzed the main causes of the geographical feature at 4 different stages. And finally, some considerations and suggestions were proposed.
