Based on the practical investigation and some foreign countries＇ experiences, the paper proposed some measures and solutions to promote IT applications to the China countrysides＇ progress, which took account of the present rural development conditions of our country and the requirement tendentiousness of the rural IT users. The purpose is to make the technologies more accessable for the farming and rural affairs and the further developments in China countryside.
