To solve the problem of low - rent housing exit mechanism failure, the cause of exit mechanism failure is analyzed. The binary evaluation mechanism of income of guarantee objects is constructed. In this evaluation mechanism, income of guarantee objects is evaluated by guarantee objects themselves and community. Then the rig- id exit boundaries of income are fuzzed by fuzzy membership function. So guarantee objects are flexible divided, and the improving mechanism of exit efficiency of is designed according to results divided. Finally, a simulation ex- ample is given to demonstrate the feasibility of flexible exit mechanism.
