目的:探讨实验-数据挖掘研究思路下的甘草泻心汤君药确立。方法:采用均匀设计法对甘草泻心汤进行拆方,测定各配比组方对正常组、肠运动抑制模型组、肠运动亢进模型组小鼠小肠推进率的影响,采用BP神经网络建立药味与药效的非线性影射模型,分析甘草泻心汤中各药味在全方背景下的量效关系。结果:半夏对小鼠肠运动亢进模型肠运动及小鼠肠运动抑制模型肠运动均具有拮抗作用;甘草对小鼠肠运动抑制模型具有促进作用。结论:全方背景下的半夏药效学作用与甘草泻心汤主治具有一致性,提示半夏可能为甘草泻心汤之君药,该研究为复方君药的确立提供了新的思路及方法。
Objective :To study the establishment of the principal drug in Gancao Xiexin decoction under the research ideas of experimental data mining. Method : The uniform design method was used to do docomposing study of Ganeao Xiexin decoction. Intestinal propulsion rates was detected in normal mice, intestinal inhibition mice and intestinal hyper function mice to observe the effects of different formulae of Ganeao Xiexin decoction. To assay the dose--effect of this formulae under the background of tastes in a prescription, we establish nonlinear mapping model combining experimental data. Result : Banxia could inhibit intestinal movement of hyperfunetion of small intestinal function in mice and promote intestinal movement of inhibition of small intestinal function in mice. Conclution :There are significant uniformity between pharmacodynamies of Banxia and indication of Ganeao Xiexin decoction. Banxia would be the principal drug in Gancao Xiexin decoction. This paper provides new thoughts and methods to research the principal drug in a prescription.
