目的：通过检索和分析半夏泻心汤加减治疗消化性溃疡相关文献，以了解其研究现状。方法：运用文献计量学方法，检索中国知网（CNKI）文献总库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据等多个数据库中半夏泻心汤加减治疗消化性溃疡的相关文献，并对其进行文献计量学分析。从文献的年份分布、期刊分布、地区分布等几方面进行统计，初步研究与分析本领域的科研现状。结果：经筛选共检索获得158篇以半夏泻心汤加减治疗消化性溃疡为主题的文献，分析发现此领域研究主要集中在医院，且以广东、河南及山东等地为主。文献类型以随机对照试验及临床报道居多，但也存在诊断标准不明确及不统一等问题。结论：关于半夏泻心汤加减治疗消化性溃疡的相关研究积累了丰富的理论和临床经验，但仍需要加强治疗机制的深入研究，同时也应设计大量严谨的随机对照试验，从而为指导半夏泻心汤加减治疗消化性溃疡的临床应用规范化研究提供强有力的依据。

英文摘要：

Objective：Through the retrieval and analysis of the treatment of peptic ulcer by pinellia heart - draining decoctionrelated literature,to understand the current research status. Methods：The literatures of pinellia heart -draining decoction for the treatment of PU from the CNKI, CBM and so on has been retrieved and analyzed by bibliometric method. Current picture of re- search in this field has been obtained through statistical analysis in the aspects of publishing year, periodical distribution, regional distribution. Results ：There were 158 related articles on the treatment of PU by pinellia heart- draining decoction were retrieved. Analysis showed that the field of research mainly concentrated in the hospital, and given priority to Guangdong, Henan and Shan- dong. Document type in the majority with randomized controlled trials and clinical reports, but there is also a problem such as di- agnostic standard is not clear and not unified. Conclusion ： The researches on the treatment of PU by pinellia heart - draining de- coction have accumulated rich theoretical and clinical experience but still need to strengthen the treatment mechanism of in - depth study, at the same time,we also should design a large number of rigorous randomized controlled trials to guide the study on the treatment of PU by pinellia heart - draining decoction clinical application of standardization research to provide a strong basis.
