目的：通过检索和分析半夏泻心汤相关文献,了解其研究现状。方法：以半夏泻心汤为关键词,通过适当的检索策略检索中国知网（CNKI）文献总库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据等多个数据库,利用Note Express2.0文献管理软件对检索的文献进行分析。结果：经筛选共检索获得2 369篇以半夏泻心汤为关键词的文献,发现关于半夏泻心汤的相关研究中主要作者10人,取得基金支持及科研成果最多的研究机构为北京中医药大学,研究该方治疗消化系统疾病的内容最为丰富,研究主题主要包括慢性胃炎、功能性消化不良、消化性溃疡等。结论：近60年关于半夏泻心汤的研究积累了丰富的理论和临床经验,但仍需要加强治疗机制的深入研究,同时也应设计大量严谨的随机对照试验,为指导半夏泻心汤的临床应用规范研究提供依据。

英文摘要：

Objective： To investigate research status of BanXia XieXin Tang by searching and analyzing related literature ofBanXia XieXin Tang. Methods： CNKI, VIP, CBM disc, WanFang database and others were searched with the appropriate strategies and by taking BanXia XieXin Tang as the keywords, the searched literature was analyzed by NoteExpress2.0 literature management sol, ware. Results： There were 2 369 articles with BanXia XieXin Tang as the keywords obtained, ten persons were found as the main writers in the related studies about BanXia XieXin Tang, Beiring University of Chinese Medicine was the organization obtaining the most funds and scientific achievements, there were plenty contents of the prescription in treating the disease of digestive system, the topics mainly contained chronic gastritis, functional dyspepsia, peptic ulcer and others. Conclusion： We have accumulated abundant theoretical and clinical experience from the studies about BanXia XieXin Tang in recent 60 years, but further studies about the mechanism are needed, at the same time, large amounts of RCTs should be designed rigorously, therefore, to provide powerful evidence for guding standardized study of clinical application ofBanXia XieXin Tang.
