目的：基于中医传承辅助平台系统（V2.0.1）软件,分析中药复方口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎的组方用药规律,为临床治疗提供参考。方法：检索中国知网（CNKI）自1956年—2014年3月所有中药复方口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床文献,收集并整理处方录入中医传承辅助平台系统,采用改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析组方用药规律。结果：对筛选出的653首治疗溃疡性结肠炎的处方进行分析,确定处方中各药物出现的频次,演化得到核心组合60个,新方23个。结论：运用中医传承辅助平台综合分析,中药复方口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎重在健脾祛湿、温肾止泻、益气活血。

英文摘要：

Objective：To analyze the composing principles of oral Chinese medicine prescriptions for ulcerative colitis（UC）based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system（TCMISS） and to provide some reference for clinical treatment.Methods：We retrieved all the clinical literatures on the treatment of UC with oral Chinese medicine prescriptions collected from1956 to March 2014 by CNKI.And then we input all prescriptions into the TCMISS and such data mining methods of improved mutual information,complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised hierarchical clustering and so on were adopted to analyze composing principles of those prescriptions.Results：We analyzed the selected 653 prescriptions to treat UC and fixed determining the drug frequency in the prescriptions.In this way,60 core combinations and 23 new prescriptions were developed.Conclusion：Comprehensive analysis with the TCMISS shows that the emphasis of treating UC with oral Chinese medicine prescriptions is invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness,warming kidney and anti-diarrhea as well as supplementing qi and activating blood circulation.
