Take advantage of function definitions and related knowledge of computer language of the mathematical software MATLAB, within a certain range was given for design of integer solutions of binary indeterminate equations, obtain the algorithm to solve integer solutions of the binary indeterminate equations using MATLAB software. In addition, this paper gives some examples to prove the efficiency of MATLAB in the aspect of solving the integer solution of binary indeterminate equations.
