目的 研究中药宝宝乐对下丘脑腹内侧区(VMH)神经元放电模式构成比的影响。方法利用红外可视脑片膜片钳技术记录对照组、厌食组和治疗组3组模型动物VMN神经元的放电模式,分析宝宝乐对VMN神经元放电模式构成比的影响。结果对照组、模型组和治疗组3组大鼠的VMN神经元均有a、b、c、d4种放电模式,且VMN神经元4种放电模式的构成比在各组中有所不同。模型组a型放电模式比例显著增高,C型显著减少,而治疗组动物a型和c型放电模式的构成比恢复正常,b型和d型放电模式所占比例在3组中无显著性变化。结论VMN神经元不同自发放电模式携带不同强度的饱信息,中药宝宝乐治疗能使VMN神经元自发电活动恢复正常的构成模式。
Objective To study the effects of BaoBaoLe-decoction on the constituent ratio of discharge mode in VMN neuron. Methods By using infrared-visualized patch-clamp technique, we recorded the four discharge modes of three animal groups which are the control group, anorexia group and treatment group and analyzed the effects of BaoBaoLe-deeoction on the constituent ratio of discharage mode in VMN neuron. Results There are "a", "b", "c', and "d" four types of discharge mode neurons in the control group, anorexia group and treatment group. Furthermore the constituent ratio of them are different in each group. The constituent ratio of "a" type rise significantly in the model group. The "c" type decrease notablely. But "a" and "c" type in the treatment group recover to normal. The constituent ratio of "b" and "d" types have not change significantly among the three groups. Conclusion The different spontaneous discharge mode of the VMN neuron have different satisfied information. The BaoBaoLe-decoction can recover all types of mode constitueht ratio in spontaneous electric activi- ty of the VMN neuron .
