目的：观察宝宝乐口服液治疗小儿厌食的临床疗效。方法：300例病例随机分为3组,其中西药组50例,儿宝组50例,宝宝乐组200例。西药组用胃蛋白酶合剂治疗,儿宝组用儿宝颗粒治疗,宝宝乐组用宝宝乐口服液治疗。结果：儿保组和宝宝乐组治疗后临床疗效与西药组比较差异有统计学意义。结论：以苍术为主药的运脾平肝复方宝宝乐口服液对于脾运失健和脾胃气虚型小儿厌食有很好的疗效。

英文摘要：

Objective： To observe clinical curative effect of baobaole oral juice on Child anorexia. Method：300 cases of Child anorexia were randomly divided into western medicine group （treated with PPS cocktail）,erbao group （treated with erbao granula） and baobaole group（treated with baobaole oral juice）. Result：Compared with western medicine group,the totle effective rate in erbao group and baobaole group were significantly increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Baobaole oral juice has a better therapeutic effect for Child anorexia.
