论述了单缸机械-液压约束活塞发动机(MHCPE)的结构原理,定义了评价系统经济性的"燃油消耗率"的概念。通过试验,MHCPE转速为1000r/min~2500r/min、油门开度为30%~100%,纯机械动力输出时,燃油消耗率比传统发动机改善3.99%~18.91%;纯液压动力输出时,燃油消耗率比传统发动机驱动柱塞泵系统改善12%~42.78%。MHCPE随着有效液压能在总能量输出中比例的增加,相比传统的发动机或发动机驱动柱塞泵系统,经济性改善更加明显。
