内燃式水动力系统将传统内燃机与柱塞泵技术集成为一体,直接利用活塞往复直线运动输出水动办。通过试验研究了该系统的最佳经济特性。定义了系统最佳经济性工作区域和最佳经济曲线,并与传统内燃机驱动柱塞泵系统进行比较。系统全工况燃油消耗率比传统内燃机驱动柱塞泵系统降低12%~42.78%。相同燃油消耗率水平下包含的工况明显比传统内燃机驱动柱塞泵系统宽广。内燃式水动力系统各油门开度下最低燃油消耗率在291-422g/(kW·h)之间,对应系统转速约为1400r/min。
Internal combustion water power system integrated with traditional internal combustion engine: and plunger pump technique, made directly use of the rectilinear motion of plunger for output ting water power. The optimal economic performance of the system was studied through experiment. The optimal economic working zone and economic curve were defined and compared with traditional internal combustion engine driving plunger pump. The fuel consumption in total working conditions of the system is lower than traditional internal combustion engine driving plunger pump by 12% - 42.78%. The working conditions with same fuel consumption level of the system is wider than traditional internal combustion engine driving plunger pump system. The lowest fuel consumption in different throttles of internal combustion water power system is between 291 g/(kW · h) and 422 g/(kW · h). Corresponding rotational velocity is about 1 400 r/min.
