单缸电力约束活塞发动机是为改善现有发动机-发电机组结构笨重复杂,匹配不合理,能源浪费等问题而发明的一种新型热-电转换装置。该装置将传统发动机与直线发电机集成。它小型轻量、结构简单,节能、节材及动力提高效果明显。本文介绍了单缸电力约束活塞发动机的结构及工作机理,并对其空载特性进行了理论和试验研究。结果显示,该发动机与传统发动机-发电机系统同理,可以发出正弦电,空载时最大电压可达210伏,且实验结果与理论仿真结果基本相符。
Single-cylinder Electric Power Confined Piston Engine is a new thermoelectric conversion system. It is invited to improve the problems of the engine-generator system, such as the complex structure, match problems and energy waste. It integrates the engine and the liner generator. It is light in weight and small in size with a simple structure. It is effective obviously in power promoting, energy and material saving. This paper introduced the construction and working principle of Single-cylinder Electric Power Confined Piston Engine, and studied the No-load characteristic on theory and experiment. It is appeared that this kind of engine has the same working principle as the tradition one, and can generate sinus electricity. The maximal voltage can reach to 210V. The analysis result is almost the same as the experiment one.
