综合考虑液体可压缩性与泵阀运动魏氏效应对液缸内液体连续流条件的影响以及液压约束活塞发动机(HCPE)配流阀系统的动力特性,建立了描述HCPE配流阀系统运动规律的数学模型,并对所研制的W385—16/2三缸HCPE配流阀系统运动规律进行了仿真。结果表明:W385—16/2三缸HCPE配流阀在1200~2000r/min范围内运动性能比较稳定,但存在较大的加速度冲击及开启和关闭滞后角,因此应对配流阀系统的结构进一步优化。
With integrated consideration of liquid's compressibility influence of pump-valve's kinematic Westphal Phenomena on liquid consistency in cylinder and also consideration of Hydraulic Confined Piston Engine (HCPE) ' s distributing valve system' s dynamic characteristics, the kinematic differential equations on HCPE's distributing valve system were given, the corresponding simulation on W385--16/2, with three cylinders-HCPE developed was shown also. The conclusions show that, W385- 16/2,3 cylinders- HCPE has stable working performance during 1200-2000r/min, however, there exists so bigger concussion due to acceleration and bigger unseal--delay--angles and seal--delay --angles that more optimization is necessary to configuration of distributing valve system in future.
