传统的战略理论将企业看作是一种机械组织模式,认为外界的变化是可预测的,企业能够预测并且控制这种变化,企业更强调自身的发展。随着企业外部环境竞争的激烈,变化越来越不可预测,企业战略的内涵和本质发生了根本性的变化,传统的战略管理理论已不能满足企业生存和发展的需要,战略管理作为应对环境不确定性、动态性、复杂性的科学变得更加重要。企业是一个开放的复杂性系统,具有进化的功能,需要从复杂性科学的角度对企业战略的内涵进行重新界定,从企业种群的进化角度分析和认识战略的本质。战略的本质体现为一种复杂的适应性系统,其适应性的增强与其结构复杂性的提高具有内在统一性,战略系统为了适应环境的变化而改变自身结构的某些功能,战略系统结构的复杂性有利于其更好地适应环境的改变,战略系统适应性与结构复杂性任一方面的变化都会引起另一方面相应的改变,两者的变化都是朝着有利于战略系统自身发展的方向进行。
Traditional enterprises strategy theory considered the enterprise as a mechanical organizational model. It is of the opinion that the change of its external environment is predictable and can be controlled, so the enterprises focused on the self-development. With the increasing exacerbation of competition and unpredictable of external environment the content and nature of enterprise strategy has changed radically, therefore, the traditional theory of the strategic management of enterprises no longer meets the needs of survival and development of the enterprises. As the knowledge for the enterprise to deal with the uncertainty, dynamic and complex of its external environment, strategic management has become increasingly important. The enterprise is an open system with much complexity, and has the functions to revolute. Therefore, it is required to redefine the content of the enterprise strategy from the point of the science of complexity, and read the nature of the enterprise strategy from the perspective of the evolution of enterprise stocks. Strategic system improves itself to adapt to environmental changes. The nature of the strategy embodies a complicated adaptive system, and the enhancement of its adaptability and the improvement of the structures complex take an inherent oneness.
