从协同学的视角,提出企业战略协同机制是由战略为主导,使企业各子系统协同发展以产生整体涌现效应的运作机理与工作方式。战略协同分为内部协同和外部协同,通过内部有效的资源匹配实现整体效应最大化,构成了内部协同;企业同外部伙伴之间在共赢的基础上于战略层面互惠成长,构成了外部协同。内部协同与外部协同在战略层面相互契合,实现了战略协同。在战略协同机制的运行下,依据企业资源的关联性和互补性,通过有效的控制机制,持续优化企业的结构、能力和文化,使企业实现可持续成长。
It is proposed that corporate strategy synergy mechanism is the operation mechanism and work pattern making each subsystem of a corporate develop synergistically and dominated by strategy.After defining corporate strategy synergy mechanism from relevance and complementarity,we proposed that structure,culture and capability are three dimensions of strategy synergy mechanism.On basis of this,the characteristics of strategy synergy mechanism are analyzed and the consistency of internal synergy and external synergy is indicated.The content and function mechanism of corporate strategy synergy mechanism are analyzed from three aspects,i.e.,formation mechanism,operation mechanism and control mechanism.
