The paper constructed the evaluation index system of innovative enterprises′ growing health degree from the primary factors that influence innovative enterprises′ growth,which took＂enterprise health,enterprise growth ability, enterprise innovation ability＂as destination layers,and determined the weights using the Analytic Hierarchy Process （ AHP） . It has the extremely vital practical significance to provide the theory instruction for realizing enterprises′s sustainable health growth,provide the policy - making model for the government and promote economy growth by evaluating the growth situation of innovative enterprises systematically and comprehensively.
