以兰海高速马林隧道工程穿越不整合接触带段为背景,采用数值模拟手段,对比分析不同的导洞开挖顺序、掌子面间距及循环进尺对围岩变形的影响,结果表明,选用合适的开挖顺序可以明显减小围岩变形量,而缩短掌子面间距与减小循环进尺的措施对提升围岩变形控制效果不明显。综合研究成果,确定了马林隧道穿越不整合接触带段的施工优化方案,研究成果可为类似工程提供设计依据与借鉴。
Taking Malin Tunnel project of Lanzhou-Haikou Expressway through unconformity contact belt as background, comparisons are made to analyze the influence of different heading excavation sequence, tunnel face spacing and excavating length on deformation of surrounding rock by numerical simulation method. It is found that suitable excavation sequence can significantly reduce the deformation of surrounding rock, but promotion of surrounding rock deformation control effect is not obvious by the measure of shortening tunnel face spacing and reducing excavating length. By comprehensive analysis of results, the construction optimization scheme of Malin Tunnel through unconformity contact belt is determined. The research results can provide design basis and reference for similar projects.
