微米木纤维模压制品是通过细胞纵向劈裂而成的微米木纤维模压成型的新型高强度人造木基材料制品,以人造木基材料为主要材料的各种握钉力的计算均以载荷沿轴向分布的积分方程为基础,本文详细推导了其握钉结合部载荷分布系数的计算方法,为精确计算各种微米木纤维模压制品握钉力强度提供了理论依据。
A micron wood-fiber molded product is a new kind of high-strength man-made wooden product fabricated by wood-cell longitudinal breaking and mould pressing. The nail-holding strength of man-made wooden products of various types is calculated through using the integral equation of axial distribution of load. In this paper, we deduce the method for calculating the load distribution coefficient at the binding site of the holding nails of the products so as to calculate exactly the nail-holding strength of micron wood-fiber molded products.
