A micron wood-fiber mould product is a new kind of high-strength man-made wooden product made by wood-cell breaking and mould pressing, This paper performs the optimal design of the strength reliability of its screw joints, with optimal design and reliability design combined rationally, A group of optimal structural parame- ters are obtained so long as reliability to a certain degree is met. The paper proposes an effective design method for screw joints of the micron wood-fiber mould product. The method has important application value for the extension of products of this new material.
