总结了国内外将纳米科技导入木材科学与技术研究领域的现状,尝试性地提出亚纳米木粉的制备方法。在实验室制备亚纳米木粉的样品,并对亚纳米木粉最佳实用目数进行分析,提出了纳米级超细木粉的要求,加工范围为4500-16000nm。经过反复试验研究,分析出木材细胞截面形状模型是目前所试验和经实践考验后的最优方案,这种方案可以满足纳米级超细木粉的使用性能要求。
The current research status of the application of nano science and technology to the research field of wood science and technology at home and abroad was reviewed. Samples of sub-nano wood flour were prepared in the laboratory. The requirements of nano-uhrafine wood flour were given by analyzing the optimal practical mesh of the sub-nano wood flour, and the processing size ranged from 4500 nm to 16000 nm. After repeated tests, the best scheme which can meet the performanee requirements of nano-ultrafine wood flour is the model of cross-section shape of cells.
