The contents of Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu in lentinus edodes of different areas by flame atomic absorption spectrometry were measured. Result showed that the contents of the 4 kinds of trace elements in lentinus edodes of different areas were different,among them,the contents of Fe and Zn were relatively higher,with Fe up to 293. 47 mg / kg and Zn up to 69. 691 mg / kg,while the contents of Cu and Mn were relatively lower,with Cu up to 35. 401 mg / kg and Mn up to 16. 507 mg / kg. The enrichment capacity for the same element of different lentinus edodes was different,and the various trace elements in Fujian Longyan（ Wuyi wild russula） were the highest.
