康复新液是由美洲大蠊提取物制备的一种中药制剂，主要用于胃、十二指肠溃疡，褥疮，外伤，烧伤，烫伤等疾病的治疗。近年来，研究发现康复新液在抗炎、镇痛、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗氧化、抗病毒等方面都有明显的优势，且在临床皮肤科、鼻科、外科、妇科和口腔科的疾病治疗中取得了新进展，拓宽了康复新液的适应症范围，提升了康复新液的药用价值。笔者对近年来康复新液的药理作用及临床应用研究进行文献查阅并综述，以期为康复新液的开发利用提供参考。

Kangfuxin Ye is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation from Periplaneta americana extract, and mainly used for stomach and duodenal ulcer, pressure sores, wounds, burns, etc. Latest studies disclosed that Kangfuxin Ye had obvious advantages in areas such as anti - inflammation, analgesia, anti - tumor, antibacterials, antioxidant, antivirals infection, and had new progress to apply in the treatment of dermatology, nasal, chirurgery, gynecology and dental diseases in clinical, which broaden the range of indications of Kangfuxin Ye, and enhance its medicinal value. To provide evidences for the secondary development of Kangfuxin Ye, the clinical application and mechanism of action of Kangfuxin Ye reported in recent years was reviewed and summary herein.
