Thermosensitive gels was a hot spot of which had a good liquidity, longer retention time, high research at home and abroad new drug delivery systems now, bioavailability and good control of drug release performance advantages, so it became a new drug delivery system of the main research object. Based on the research at home and abroad in recent years, its type of matrix selection, routes of administration and quality control of research were summarized, so as to provide certain reference for developing new drugs of thermo -sensitive gels.
