〔目的〕观察脂多糖(LPS)对乌拉坦诱导小鼠肺癌是否有促进作用.〔方法〕乌拉坦(600 mg/kg)腹腔注射建立 肺癌小鼠模型, LPS组尾静脉注射,实验期间观察小鼠体质量、饮食、自主活动变化,实验结束时处死小鼠,测定小鼠血清 中脂氧素A4 含量和血液中白细胞数,解剖观察小鼠肺荷瘤数.〔结果〕与模型组相比, LPS组小鼠肺癌形成时间缩短, 脂氧素A4 含量和白细胞数都较高(P 〈 0.05), 小鼠肺荷瘤数较多且瘤体较大,小鼠体质量、饮食、自主活动变化差异无 统计学意义.〔结论〕 LPS对乌拉坦诱导小鼠肺癌有促进作用,其联合造模是快速建立小鼠肺癌模型的-种好方法.
[Objective]To observe the effect of LPS on Urethane-induced lung cancer in mice. [Methods]The mouse model of lung cancer was established by injecting 600 mg/kg urethane into abdomen. LPS group was injected lps intravenously. The body weight, diet and autonomic activity were observed in mice. The mice were sacrificed at the end of the experiment. The content of lipoxin A4 in the serum , the number of leukocyte in blood were detected, and lung tumor was observed in mice. [R esul ts]Compared with the model group, in LPS group, lung cancer formation was earlier, the content of lipoxin A4 , the number of leukocytes were higher (P 〈 0.05), the number of lung tumors was more, and the tumor volume was larger . There were no statistically significant differences in body weight ~,diet and autonomic activity between the two groups. [C〇nclusi〇ii]LPS can promote the lung cancer in mice induced by urethane, and its combination with urethane is a good method to establish mouse lung cancer model.
