〔目的〕观察当归赤小豆汤对乌拉坦诱导的小鼠肺癌是否有预防作用.〔方法〕采用乌拉坦腹腔注射建立小鼠 肺癌模型,造模后随机分组.次日以当归赤小豆汤灌胃给药,观察其对肺癌小鼠体质量、自主活动及肺组织形态学的影 响,并进行肺组织病理HE染色及血清CEA含量检测.〔结果〕乌拉坦建立的小鼠肺癌模型组致瘤率为100%.当归赤 小豆汤组致瘤率为78%.与模型组相比,当归赤小豆汤组小鼠肺荷瘤数较少且瘤体积较小.H E染色显示:模型组小鼠 肺组织出现核畸变,炎症浸润明显;当归赤小豆汤组小鼠肺组织有明显的腺圈,腺圈内部有少量炎症浸润现象.血清肺 癌标志物检测CEA表明,当归赤小豆汤组含量低于模型组( P 〈 0.05).〔结论〕当归赤小豆汤对乌拉坦诱导的小鼠肺 癌模型具有预防作用.

英文摘要:

[Objective]To observe the prevention effect of Dangguichixiaodou decoction on lung cancer in mice. [Methods]The mouse model of lung cancer was established by injecting urethane into abdomen, they were divided into different groups randomly. The mice were received the Dangguichixiaodou decoction via intragastric administration next day following urethane injection.The body weight, autonomic activity and lung histomorphology were observed in mice. The lung pathological were observed by HE staining and the CEA content in the serum was detected. [Results] The tumorigenicity rate in the model group was 100%, whereas the tumorigenicity rate in the Dangguichixiaodou decoction group was 78%.Compared with the model group, the number of lung tumors was fewer, and the tumor volume was smaller . HE staining showed that the lung tissue in the model group appeared nuclear distortion and infiltration of inflammation. In the Dangguichixiaodou decoction group, the lung tissue had obvious gland ring, and there was a small amount of inflammatory infiltration in the gland. The CEA concentration in the Dangguichixiaodou decoction group was obviously lower than it in the model group ( P 〈0.05). [C o n c lu s io n ]T h e Dangguichixiaodou decoction have prevention effect on lung cancer in mice.
