目的考察玉米须多糖对H22肝癌腹水瘤及实体瘤的抑制作用,及其对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法建立H22腹水与实体型肿瘤模型,测定荷瘤小鼠的生命延长率、肿瘤抑制率、胸腺指数、脾指数、碳粒廓清率、血清溶血素、白介素-2(IL-2)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF—α)等指标。结果玉米须多糖高剂量可改善腹水瘤小鼠的生活质量,生命延长率达到35.82%;且对H22实体瘤小鼠具有显著的抑瘤作用,抑瘤率达到34.78%;玉米须多糖高剂量能明显提高H22荷瘤小鼠廓清指数和吞噬指数,并能显著提高血清中溶血素、IL-2和TNF-α的含量(P〈0.05)。结论玉米须多糖具有显著的抗肿瘤活性,可能是通过调节机体免疫功能来发挥抗肿瘤作用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the inhibitory effects of polysaccharides from corn silk(PCS) on H22 mice ascitcs and solid liver cancer, and to study its effects on immune function of mouse. METHODS The ascitic and solid tumor heating mice models were established. The average volume of ascites, life extension rate, tumor inhibitory rate, thymus and spleen index, carbon partical clearance, seurm hemolysin level, IL - 2 and TNF - α in H22 tumor bearing mice were detected. RESULTS PCS could improve the quality of life of ascitic tumor mice. The life extension rate of high - dose group was 35.82%. High - dose group had antineoplastic effects with significant difference, and the tumor inhibition rate was 34.78%. High - dose group could promote the serum hemolysin level, carbon partical clearance rat and the content of the IL - 2 and TNF - α in the tumor - bearing mouse ( P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION PCS has remarkable effects on liver cancer bearing mice ; PCS may exert its antitumor effect by regnlating immune function of tumor - beating mice.
