The analysis of motive for its transformation of operation mode and the innovation of cooperative organizational system and the interactive relationship between them reflects that,the interactive logic between the innovation of organizational system of cooperative union and the transformation of agricultural operation mode: it is not only an outcome of interest coordination and dynamic integration between different stakeholders,but also a result of constant "trial-and-error",summary and optimization under the constraint of existing institutional environment.The development of land trusting and specialized cooperative and improvement of service capacity of cooperative union are favorable for resolving the problems of "who will do farming" and "how to do farming" in the process of developing modern agriculture.When we support the innovation of organizational system of cooperative,creating an environment in which cooperative entrepreneur grows best should be put in an important place.
