英文摘要：
In technological cooperation innovation, relationship among enterprise directly affects the knowledge transfer within enterprises. The empirical study on the relationship-structure, relationship-quality and knowledge transfer made here obtained a result, which indicates that for selected certain level of relationship-structure and relationship-quality, the combination of weak ties and better relationship-quality is much more favorable to knowledge transfer among enterprises. This finding has enriched the enterprise knowledge management theory, providing empirical support for knowledge transfer among enterprises.
