技术创新网络中企业间的关系日益重要，企业间关系的本质是权力依赖。对权力依赖关系的表现进行文献综述和群体访谈，并基于此设计了自制问卷，对一些高新企业进行问卷发放，回收有效问卷273份，随后用spss16．0对问卷进行三次因子分析和信度检验，最终得到技术创新网络中企业权力依赖关系的构面模型，该模型由结构中心性、敏感性和脆弱性三个维度组成。
英文摘要：
This paper holds that the relationship between enterprises in the technological innovation network has become increasingly important, and considers the nature of inter-firm relations is power-dependence. Based on the performance of power-dependence, literature review and group interviews, we made questionnaire by ourselves. Questionnaires were conducted distribution for some high-tech enterprises and 273valid questionnaires were recycled. Then used spss16.0 to deal with the questionnaires with exploratory factor analysis and reliability testing. Eventually we found facet model of power-dependence between enterprises in the technological innovation network, including three dimensions： centrality of the Structure, sensitivity and vulnerability.
