Postmodernism is the Production from introspection and criticism about western modernization by the western Intellectuals. Its reasonable value proposition has a positive influence on subject of ideological and political Education. But its negative values would make the subject of ideological and political education face predicament,which is due to the confusion between tool reason and value reason,deconstruction of authority and blind expansion of consciousness,and misplacing the life ideal to the game of life. Strengthening theory basis of ideological and political education so as to realize the theoretical thoroughness,enhancing the subjectivity of ideological and political education,through which to realize its self- regulation,using the mainstream values as the guidance to achieve its value consciousness,all these are effective ways of getting us out of the predicament.
